Our Salon Formerly Artizan Bartlett St Phil and Zac have decided it is time to change the salon name to BA1 Hair. As some of you might know, the two Artizan salons separated over a year ago and this has lead to confusion. We have just refurbished the salon, so it’s a great time to have a new look and a new name. Nothing else has changed- same owners, same tradition same terrible behaviour!     At BA1 Hair we believe everything is personal; including our relationship with our clients and our staff.     Bethany has really sorted out both the colour - which had gone a bit brassy and the cut for me. She is quick ,deft and has an excellent eye for colour. She does highlights really finely - but not so finely they disappear. She is really good at translating what you want into a good haircut. She is also cheerful interesting and fun to talk to.     I love the flexibility shown by Hannah in accommodating my cut and colour in one appointment . Being able to dry my own hair helped make this work. I’m quite happy to do this to make the timings work, however, I dislike using hair brushes and combs that at full of other people’s hair!! Yuk!!

    From the moment you walk through the door you get a warm welcome from the reception, upstairs a comfortable place to sit and wait around the farmhouse table, then up into the salon where Eddie is there waiting - what an amazing guy! Genuinely he is the nicest person you could spend time with. I visit every four weeks and love my time in BA1 - just love it.
