Over the moon I went into the salon with my hair in terrible condition due to heat treatment caused at another salon. I wanted highlights, and most importantly, for my hair to look healthy and soft again. I was unsure if this could be done, completely putting my faith into the salons expertise, and Dounia. To say I am over the moon with the result is an understatement. I was given the treatment I asked for, plus extra to really help my hair condition. My hair is soft, shiny and a lovely tone. Wet Cut 22/9/25 Joe always takes time to discuss my needs at each appt. My hair texture is felt and suggestions made. He explains each hair wash treatment doing an excellent massage. Great cut by Joe Very welcoming atmosphere in the salon and the wash, cut, colour with Joe was great. My hair is very fine but Joe managed to cut a layered bob which helped give some volume.
