I’ve been coming for years and there hasn’t been one single visit where I haven’t been made to feel welcome, relaxed and taken care of by all in the salon. Genna is so warm, friendly and helpful. She makes me feel special - she listens to what I want, great advice and I’m always so pleased with the cut and colour. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my first haircut at Elements. Communication was good prior to my appointment and I felt very at ease and welcomed upon my arrival. Although I had a last minute change of stylist due to staff illness, I was extremely happy with my experience. Sam was friendly and helpful and talked through with me about my hair and what I wanted from my appointment. She suggested some products that would be good for my hair and cut and styled my hair beautifully. I left feeling very happy and will look into booking my next appointment in the near future.

Great service by all at Elements as always. Laura Headd is an expert on naturally curly hair and has transformed my hair with how she cuts and styles it. Laura has given me some brilliant advice and tips on how to blow dry, style and manage unruly curly hair! Can’t thank Laura enough for all her time and professional knowledge on working her magic on my hair! Would highly recommend!
