At our brand new flagship Fresh Lifestyle salon in Fitzroy Place we offer a wide range of hair services and treatments for both men and women.

We understand that choosing a new stylist, colourist, and hair salon can be a difficult decision, so at Fresh Lifestyle we want to make the process as easy as possible.

Every member of the team at Fitzroy Place has been tested to the same exacting standards and undergoes continuous training; so you can expect consistent technical proficiency and an exceptional quality of service whoever you choose to style your hair.

You’re also welcome to book a complimentary, no obligation consultation with one of the team to get ideas, share concerns and get a feel for the way we work, or just drop by; our front desk team will make sure you feel welcome in our relaxing, boutique environment and you’ll be able to watch our skilled professionals at work whilst enjoying some Aveda Comforting Tea.

Before your first appointment a member of our front desk team will spend a few minutes introducing you to the way the salon works, and the available services so that you’ll feel truly at home. They’ll also answer any questions you have and introduce you to your stylist/colourist. Your skilled stylist will let you set the pace for discussions, listen to what you have to say, and ask questions so that they’re able to offer a service that hopefully exceeds your expectations.

We use only naturally derived, ethically sourced Aveda professional products at Fitzroy Place and because beauty is inextricably linked to well being, you’ll enjoy one of our signature, stress-relieving massage rituals – designed to relax and rejuvenate. We want you to leave us looking and feeling great, but we also want to keep you looking good between visits; your stylist/colourist will recommend a system of professional products to cleanse, condition, treat and style your hair based on your hair texture, density, condition and the desired result.     I was blown away by this salon today on my first visit. The atmosphere was welcoming, the team couldn't do enough to help (4 different people offered me a drink!). The lady who cut my hair was patient, knowledgeable and, having had an in-depth discussion, gave me the best cut I've ever had. Couldn't recommend it highly enough - despite living 60 miles away I won't be going anywhere else.

    Great, relaxing experience in a non-pretentious salon. Dropped in on the spur of the moment last night and I'm really glad I did. I normally feel uncomfortable in salons and can never relax but this wasn't the case at Fresh Lifestyle Salon. Everyone in the salon was really friendly and my stylist Ayo was really friendly, efficient and skilled and I felt instantly relaxed by the lovely head and shoulder massage. She also gave great advice about my hair and I'm really delighted with my swish new look and quality cut. I am already booked in to return.

    I had my hair cut 5 weeks ago by Erminio. It truly was a very beautiful experience . I am normally very nervous having my hair cut and this time I had my hair cut short ! Erminio made me comfortable and relaxed. He also has given my me some simple styling tips but they work fantastic .     Fantastic salon, the Aveda products are so gentle on your hair and skin. My hair has never looked healthier and I love the colour. All the stylists are exceptional and very professional. All in all it is always a very relaxing and enjoyable experience going to Fresh.

    I have not had my hair cut @ Fresh for years but often visit to purchase products However I had my hair cut today By Jess and a lovely massage /hair wash from Chloe . Jess was very informative all during the cut & as she had to rectify errors from a previous haircut mainly the fringe !! I was very pleased with the outcome Bumped into my neighbour at bus stop who remarked on the beautiful cut.

    First visit to the salon, called in on the off chance as fancied a new do and had a rare trip into London. Very professional salon and relaxing atmosphere, it felt like a spa. Brad did a fantastic job on my hair, he is clearly a perfectionist. Left there with a lovely long textured bob which was so shiny and soft. Had to purchase the Aveda shampoo he used also. Certainly hope to go back again.

    I just had to write a review as I was soooo impressed with my visit ! From just popping in to enquiry if there was a free appointment the guy met me with a smile and was so friendly and super helpful. I booked in for a later appointment with Wendy one of their senior stylists. She was just as lovely, welcoming and friendly and made my hair cutting experience a pleasure. I had a through hair consultation and ended up with beautiful reconditioned hair after a protein treatment and fabulous cut ! The massages and unique touches were also bliss ! Cannot recommend you highly enough you made my few days one London !!
