At Fresh Lifestyle Salon & Spa in Islington we offer a wide range of hair, beauty and spa treatments for both men and women.

Our stylists are trained in the latest hair cutting and styling techniques and keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends for men and women.  As an Aveda salon our expert hair colourists trust in Aveda which delivers long-lasting hair colour that is kinder to your hair, your skin and the environment! Aveda uses only products of the highest quality that are ethically sourced and, natural, taking much of their goodness from plants and flowers.

    I miss Mushin so much! I cant wait to get back to the lovely islington salon, always filled with lovely talented staff and wonderful Aveda products I dont want to get my hair cut anywhere else now.

    I was blown away by this salon today on my first visit. The atmosphere was welcoming, the team couldn't do enough to help (4 different people offered me a drink!). The lady who cut my hair was patient, knowledgeable and, having had an in-depth discussion, gave me the best cut I've ever had. Couldn't recommend it highly enough - despite living 60 miles away I won't be going anywhere else.

    Great, relaxing experience in a non-pretentious salon. Dropped in on the spur of the moment last night and I'm really glad I did. I normally feel uncomfortable in salons and can never relax but this wasn't the case at Fresh Lifestyle Salon. Everyone in the salon was really friendly and my stylist Ayo was really friendly, efficient and skilled and I felt instantly relaxed by the lovely head and shoulder massage. She also gave great advice about my hair and I'm really delighted with my swish new look and quality cut. I am already booked in to return.

    I had my hair cut 5 weeks ago by Erminio. It truly was a very beautiful experience . I am normally very nervous having my hair cut and this time I had my hair cut short ! Erminio made me comfortable and relaxed. He also has given my me some simple styling tips but they work fantastic . I not only walked out with a beautiful haircut but I can manage it very well myself. I have received a lot of compliments. Simple BELLISSIMO!!! THANK YOU Erminio

    Most welcoming salon filled with the staff and expertise to give you a beautiful experience and beautiful hair. This salon has looked after me so well. Not just the haircut (genius ) colour (exquisite) special mention to Mike for just being Mike ....but the whole salon ambience. Can’t recommend it enough.

    Fantastic salon, the Aveda products are so gentle on your hair and skin. My hair has never looked healthier and I love the colour. All the stylists are exceptional and very professional. All in all it is always a very relaxing and enjoyable experience going to Fresh.

    I went for the first time to Fresh Lifestyle Salon for a hot wax bikini wax. The salon is clean, fresh and modern. The staff, lovely and accommodating. I will definitely go back for more treatments and like that their product of choice is Aveda. Thank you for a highly professional service!

    I have not had my hair cut @ Fresh for years but often visit to purchase products However I had my hair cut today By Jess and a lovely massage /hair wash from Chloe . Jess was very informative all during the cut & as she had to rectify errors from a previous haircut mainly the fringe !! I was very pleased with the outcome Bumped into my neighbour at bus stop who remarked on the beautiful cut.

    First visit to the salon, called in on the off chance as fancied a new do and had a rare trip into London. Very professional salon and relaxing atmosphere, it felt like a spa. Brad did a fantastic job on my hair, he is clearly a perfectionist. Left there with a lovely long textured bob which was so shiny and soft. Had to purchase the Aveda shampoo he used also. Certainly hope to go back again.

    I just had to write a review as I was soooo impressed with my visit ! From just popping in to enquiry if there was a free appointment the guy met me with a smile and was so friendly and super helpful. I booked in for a later appointment with Wendy one of their senior stylists. She was just as lovely, welcoming and friendly and made my hair cutting experience a pleasure. I had a through hair consultation and ended up with beautiful reconditioned hair after a protein treatment and fabulous cut ! The massages and unique touches were also bliss ! Cannot recommend you highly enough you made my few days one London !!
