First time ear piercing I took my daughter to have her ears pierced with Jess. My daughter is autistic and was very nervous. Jess could not have been more brilliant - she explained everything beforehand really clearly and was incredibly patient, answering all our questions. There was unfortunately a mix up with the studs my daughter had chosen but as a gesture of goodwill we weren’t charged for them. Have been coming for years & will continue to do so! With very short hair, I’ve found it can be hard to find someone to cut it well, but Stacey at Great Hairdressing has been cutting my hair for years and even though I’ve recently moved from Tunbridge Wells, I still go back because I wouldn’t trust anyone else now.
