The loveliest people I had the lovely Hannah do my hair, and she was so friendly and chatty — she instantly made me feel relaxed. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and to all my concerns, and the result was exactly what I’d hoped for. I left feeling so pretty and confident! My first visit. My first visit was splendid. All the staff plus the ambiance of the shop provided a relaxing feeling. Needless to say I was very pleased with my stylist for whom I was her first client since returning to the shop. Coming here has always been an uplifting experience All of the stylists I’ve had over the many years have listened to my ever changing requests (demands) and work hard to achieve them. (Even when it means taking more time to tweak things)I never feel rushed. I feel treated with respect and kindness. The staff are always smiley which makes me feel it’s a good place for them to work and develop. I’ve referred a few people here because I’ll get asked about where I get my hair cut!!
