Fabulous Team! I didn't realise how much damage my home hairdye treatment had done, so when I went in for a full head of highlights the result was much lighter than I (or Kate) expected. But she calmly advised me what the options were and helped me choose a toner that resulted in a beautiful colour that I'm delighted with.
