I love coming to Alice for all my beauty treatments, especially facials and massages. After going to Alice monthly, work and family commitments meant I had a several months without a massage and led to all my knots and tension coming back. Well that all changed today after going back to Alice, I left feeling relaxed and pain free after months of arm pain. I’ve never forgotten how amazing Alice is at her craft but it’s reminded me to set back time every month for my massage and facials. I have had these treatments from other people over the years and I can honestly say Alice is by far the best. It helps that she is so kind, calm and compassionate and can put you at ease the moment you walk in. Thank you Alice for being so amazing at what you do.

The head spa is a must do - so relaxing and your hair feel so soft awards.

I had my hair cut by Keira today and she was so nice, welcoming and helpful! I love my hair so much, Keira really listened to what I wanted any concerns I had and gave me an amazing cut!!
Today was my 2nd time coming to the salon and I honestly could never go anywhere else now! Previously I had been to see Honor to have extensions from somewhere else removed and Honor was really helpful and understanding and also helped to ensure my hair would be in the best condition!

I had the great pleasure of spending a very relaxing 85 minutes in Alice\\\'s good hands.
The head massage and spa left me feeling relaxed but the facial and hand/arm was so good that all in all I could quite easily have dozed off but wanted to stay aware throughout the experience.
Alice takes the time to explain what she will be doing and seeing my new hair growth in the camera was exciting.
It was totally worth every penny and I will be doing this again next month.

The head spa is so amazing for my scalp and hair. My scalp felt so clean and I felt so relaxed with the water on my head. Really helped with my headaches and tension in my neck with the massages.

Had the new Japanese treatment today and WOW. It was all I hoped for, can’t wait for the next one. It’s definitely a must .

Izzy is always so friendly and helpful. She makes every appointment so relaxed and enjoyable. I get my hair done with Fran too who also makes the experience an enjoyable one.

They both make me leave that salon feeling glamorous. Look forward to my next appointment with Izzy in a few weeks :)

Melanie is rude, disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable in my visits to the salon.. I visited 3 times, mainly due to being a very busy professional and having no time to review other hairdressers….a case of ‘better the devil you know’. However, my 3rd visit was my last, when she humiliated me in front of her staff, husband (partner in the business) and other clients. Since then I have heard from many x clients about the way she treats clients and her team (more importantly).
Melanie charges a premium rate +, which I was happy to pay however, 3 botched colours, which she blamed me for…… zero consult and zero client care does not in any way justify any kind of premium. How does she continue to get away with this? ?Oh….i know, she always deletes these reviews. Ask around…..you’ll hear very similar stories.
I have since been to an amazing hairdresser who welcomed me, consulted with me and delivered what she promised which has made me feel I really need to speak out about my awful experience . Post this Melanie!! We have the right to share our experience, isn’t that what reviews are for??? I’ve added my name below!!!

Alice (Beauty) is Amazing , professional funny and always so welcoming, both myself and daughter look forward to our treatments.

Alice is my go to person when I’m in need of a facial or massage. I feel such a benefit that I now make sure to book two appointments a month now with Alice. I have been an Elemis girl for years and always felt it was good on my skin but not perfect. Alice has got to know my skin so well that she has recommended I try aveda and she is so right, it’s the skin care for me. Alice is your girl when in need for some aroma therapy, she is very passionate and knowledgeable in this area. She always makes me feel at ease with her kind, patient and compassionate nature. Alice is an asset to the team for so many positive reasons. Thank you so much Alice for the fab job you do.

Always lifts my spirits after an appointment with Evie (Beauty) and Lorna (Hair). All the staff at the salon are friendly, professional and ensure that you leave the salon happy with your treatments. They all take the time and care to listen to any requests and to get it right every time. I would not hesitate to positively recommend the salon .
