Such a luxury experience Its the third time I've had my hair done with Leah and the rest of the team in Leek. It opened my eyes up to a whole new level of hairdressing. Im literally on a client journey and I love that, each time im there we discuss my previous appointment and the goals that im wanting for my hair, suggestions/advice is given and then we come up with a plan for my hair that day. I always love my massage, I would never say no to that! Makes for such a special experience. All the team are so welcoming and friendly and always something good to talk about. Kirstie is the best! I’ve visited Phillip Lee hairdressers for years! Kirstie is amazing and really listens to why you want. She will help you navigate a colour change safely and always thinks of your hair health before trend. She’s friendly, warm and the whole salon staff are great! Excellent first appointment First time coming to this salon and had a fantastic experience! I was nervous about getting my hair done after having jaw surgery but all staff members were so thoughtful, caring and careful. Great cut and colour Carys seemed to know exactly what I needed. My hair was too thick and long on the sides making too flat. She cut and thinned and reshaped my bob. Colour was perfect too. Service:5 Value:5 Result:5 Cleanliness:5 Atmosphere:5

A Friday afternoon treat Decided this morning that I needed some tlc and so booked in with Carys fr a 4.30 appointment. The weather was wet and wild outside but cosy and warm in the salon. I was free and treated to a lovely hot chocolate whilst waiting for Carys to finish her previous client. I was in desperate need of a decent cut and Carys didn’t disappoint. She talked me through every step, every product and gave me choices throughout the cut. Having been to the salon many times over the years, although not recently, it was good to be back. Thank you. No longer blonde blind Absolutely obsessed with my fresh blonde locks! From coming in a week ago (having been let down by someone up the road in Rode Heath), Abi made me feel as if I were a long standing client of hers already! Fitted me in this close to Christmas with weeks notice, and then literally transformed me today! She gave me incredible and valuable advice, and knew exactly what I was wanting!
