Client in Canterbury for over a year and last time my hair was coloured I was not been happy with it. I did not ask for red hair and yet I’m left with bright red hair. Explained was not happy, told me to come in to allow the team to rectify it, explained I would but not to make my hair darker and I believe the red could only come out if it was stripped. Was told no they can sort it doesn’t need to be stripped. Ash was put on my hair and now it’s darker with bright red in it.
Been told I asked for it - I didn’t but word against word I can’t prove that. No offer of a refund and I’m having to go elsewhere to get my hair sorted out and then to top it off money taken from my deposit I was not aware of
Beautiful Salon, team are lovely but a loyal customer that was not happy and clearly not valued

I\'ve been going to the Canterbury salon for a couple of years now and it\'s ALWAYS a fun, happy place to spend an hour – lovely, friendly staff, welcome smiles, great atmos. The wonderful Jess is my stylist – she cuts my hair perfectly every time, gives great hair [and cheese!] advice, and is a joy to be around. And to cap everything, the new and delicious snacks trolly is AWESOME.

I had my first curly cut at Stone with Claire, what a relief to finally find a hairdresser who knows how to cut curly hair! A fabulous experience, my hair looks great and next appointment in the diary!

This is my first time back at Store in quite a while. Clarice did a brilliant job and when she had finished my hair was beautiful. She spent ages getting it just right and asked me throughout if she had achieved the look I wanted. She was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back to her in the future.

Booked with Charlotte in the faversham salon, really lovely experience. She was friendly, professional, asked me questions about my hair and how I style it. Very happy with my cut, and the whole experience. The salon was clean, brightly lit, would definitely recommend.

I had incredibly professional service from Jo at the Canterbury location. The consult was thorough and very friendly plus her knowledge of product was extensive. I would recommend her for a great Blow-Dry for all occasions. Fabulous!

She works wonders on my fine hair, whether I\'m having colour, a cut or both. Annie is such a lovely person and we get on very well. Clarice was my hair dresser today, she was amazing! So kind and always making sure I was okay and comfortable in my appointment. My hair looked awful before with my roots not being blended but she done an amazing job at making sure they didn’t look to stand out ish The team are so lovely and nice to be around always smiling and having conversations with you. I can not recommend Thea enough. My colour is just perfect. I have wild curly hair and Thea knows exactly what to do with it. I started coming to Stone Canterbury last year and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All staff are very friendly and welcoming .

I have followed Lyndsay where ever she has worked. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair she definitely knows what she’s doing she’s always very pleasant and I always look forward to having my hair done by her
