First time customer, walk-in, wonderful experience. The lovely Mark did a super job, listening to me and doing exactly what I needed. I explained that I needed a blow dry on Monday that would last for a meeting on Tuesday while looking naturally beautiful. Mark explained what he was doing and how it would work for me, and we had a great chat while he worked his magic. The style lasted and looked as well as I’d hoped for longer than I’d hoped.
I don’t live in Liverpool but visit often, and will certainly be back on my next trip. Thank you again, Mark.

My daughter spent all her 21st money having her hair bleached and dyed. She had been recommended to go to Voodoo by her hairdresser who was off on maternity leave. Really really poor quality - even with a 50% discount it cost her 200 . Poor/ cheap dye quality - hair bleached to straw. They insisted that they cut it even though it had been cut beautifully a couple of weeks ago. Completely hacked now. Ruined her hair and her birthday. You should be ashamed of yourselves. The discounts are a con to make you believe you are getting something special worth over 400 - instead she might as well as gone to the city of Liverpool training salon. At least they are honest and understand the limits of their competence. Sharp practice at best - out and out theft - Mark was the hatchet man on this occasion
