First Time Visit Having my hair cut for the first time as a trans woman is a very daunting experience. I was very glad to see the "Trans Rights" poster in the window which helped put my mind at ease. Upon enquiring, all the staff were exceptionally helpful, welcoming and eager to please. Not being particularly clued up on how to properly take care of my hair to best maintain a feminine look, I cannot sing the praises enough of Gina and her team who were able to advise what would be best, and they set me up for an appointment literally the next day. I had an amazing treatment and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly at every step. This helped instill confidence in not just how I felt, but in the knowledge I was in safe hands. I was even offered tea/coffee which helped relax me even more. Gina was absolutely lovely and understanding of my situation, and her and her team very quickly made my apprehensions melt away. Never leave the salon disappointed It’s taken me years to find a salon and a stylist in the city that truly leaves me with an amazing cut. Sarah is absolutely lovely and never fails to style my hair beautifully. Sarah went the extra mile to pin my fresh blow out so it’s ready for an event the following day.
