I was given a warm welcome and very helpful advice regarding appropriate hairstyle and management.

I want to start by saying I love my hair and it looks amazing, thank you. However, I’m really disappointed and put off returning by how the pricing of my appointment turned out. I came in and booked my appointment in person to make sure that I was booking the right service. When I booked, I was quoted £120 before the new customer discount and was told that it would then cost £95 when I came in, which is what I budgeted for. I didn’t book online or over the phone for this reason because I know salons phrase services differently and it was my first visit. When I came in, 10 minutes into my appointment I was told that actually it was going to be “a bit” more expensive, at £178. After a discussion at the reception desk, where I was told that I had booked the wrong thing, this was reduced to £157. I felt like I had no choice but to pay the far higher price even though I’d booked what had been suggested when I came in. If extra work is needed this should be made clear in a consultation, not after the service has already started.

Stella is friendly and gives great advice and suggestions always giving me options when I am unsure what to do with my hair! Looking forward to my next appointment!

Very very welcoming, a great chat with both of them and very caring. During the perm Emma was always checking if everything’s okay, if I’m happy with how it’s going etc etc, an absolute star, Molly was an excellent chat, the energy was great really good advice and care, the cut I’m very happy with too, overall a great experience!!
