Sofia was nice and I felt like she understood what haircut I wanted. Unfortunately, realised at home that some parts are cut quite uneven and not as I wanted it. So I\\\'m quite disappointed.

When there was a mix-up with my booking, the staff handled it without fuss and got it fixed. My stylist was knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was a very relaxed experience.

I had my first appointment with Ian & he was brilliant. I was delighted with my cut, he made me feel at ease & chatted me through his suggestions… would defo recommend

I think I\\\'ve finally found my go-to hairdressers. Lucy and the whole team at West End Hair looked after me so well. I was actually in to get my hair done ahead of my Mum\\\'s funeral and I let them know in advance that I was feeling very fragile and they couldn\\\'t have been kinder and more in-tune with what I needed. The head massage and shampoo was so relaxing, and the girI who provided both was so lovely. I got a great and very wise styling consultation, lots of useful haircare tips, and I was over the moon with the result. I will definitely be back.

I\\\'m so sorry, but I wasn\\\'t impressed with my wedding hair up. Lisa was really nice and tried her best, but it wasn\\\'t as I had hoped. I\\\'ve had the same length of hair for many years and had hair up on previous occasions that looked amazing. This fell short of my expectations, Lisa did say that there wasn\\\'t a lot of call for hair up and most people got curls for their wedding. If that\\\'s the case, then it perhaps it shouldn\\\'t be advertised as a something that the salon offer. After an hour of her struggling to find a way of making something work, I ended up with a side pony tail, some curls, with a few grips in place which cost £40. Retrospectively I could have done it myself which would have been faster and cheaper. An expensive lesson learnt. Sorry I won\\\'t be a returning customer. No disrespect to Lisa, she did try, and I could see her frustration that she couldn\\\'t make it look special.

Can\\\'t say I found getting my hair cut by Gary a pleasurable experience. He was somewhat surly and completey disinterested in cutting my hair it seemed. Didn\\\'t listen and I felt my custom was not of any interest. No helpful advice even though I explained I have been ill and my hair a bit unmanageable for me

So excited about my cut! Martin did a fantastic job with my hair and paid attention to all the little details about me and my hair texture that made a simple cut really shine.

I had the best experience with Martin cutting my hair. He was so attentive and really listened to what I wanted, working with me to get the best cut to suit my features and hair type. He also explained to me the best ways to style it and get the most out of the cut. And he did a fab job, I absolutely love my new cut! The salon has such a good vibe too, and I got a complementary scalp massage which was a real treat. Will definitely be back!
