Just a totally nice experience

Very sad my haircut is terrible it’s the worst haircut Iv uv ever had . I came back into the salon an hour later and was told i could not have my money back so I let another hairdresser in your salon try to rectify the cut , still not happy . I’ll just have to wait for it to grow out now . I would like my money back please Julie cushing
