At Hiikuss Hair Studio our secret to success is the provision of excellent customer care and keeping abreast with the latest hair treatment in afro hair and beauty, available through training and courses from London’s leading hair academies and beauty product providers. Located on the Camberwell Road, the modern, fully air-conditioned and stylish beauty salon oozes an ambient of comfort and relaxation. Whilst you wait, the surround sound system at Hiikuss entertains you with modern music while refreshments are put at your disposal free of charge – tea or coffee, you choose. Everyone who enters through our door is given the same first class treatment and our friendly staff are always at your beck and call. Most importantly, we offer you impartial advice on your hair and recommend the best hair product suitable for your hair to achieve an optimum result. I was given the price for a treatment when I booked the appointment by phone. When it came to pay I was told it was £10 more than the quote. I explained this was not the price I was quoted. The hairdresser did not back down. I\'ve been to this salon three times. This is the second time I\'ve been overcharged. I won\'t be returning to be taken advantage of a third time. The salon needs to be transparent when dealing with customers. Have a price list.

I saw Diana yesterday for a relaxer and tracks. I can honestly say, my hair has never looked better! I’ve been relaxing my hair for 23 years. This is the first time I’ve avoided a single burn due to her expertise in application. Diana is friendly, highly skilled and knowledgeable. Even her washing technique was the best I’ve ever received - gentle, yet effective. She gave me great advice about how to improve the health of my hair and how to prevent breakage. My tracks were installed perfectly - bespoke and secure, without the painful tension. I am looking forward to booking with her from now on. After many years of dissatisfactory experiences at other salons, I was thoroughly impressed. The service I received was exceptional. I can’t thank you enough, Diana.

Waow! Excellent customer service throughout my visit. Had a haircut and shampoo. Great advice about the style given before the cut and product advice also given after the cut. Keely was fantastic. This salon has been a staple in the community for many years and its only getting better and better. I returned for the first time after a very very long time and got star treatment by the owner Chris. Elisabeth - a stylist I used for the first time - was obviously qualified and excellent in her craft. All she did was consult the picture of the style I was interested in, and I left with that exact style, feeling fabulous. They're my go-to stylists from on.

I dont know how to spell correctly but Kilè was fantastic. Very attentive, gentle and had a lot of conversation. Very skilled at her job and customer service skills. Completely satisfied (even though I was worried initially as it was my first time there) and would definitely reccomend. 10/10 and 100% going back and taking my daughter too.

I usually get nervous about trusting my hair to someone new, but I was in good hands at Hiikuss. My stylist was friendly, funny, and warm. I was offered hot tea and nice chatter. As for my hair I received a deep condition treatment and a trim and it turned out better than expected. I will definitely return and I 100% recommend this place.
