I had an amazing experience getting my hair cut by Taurique ! He is truly an expert—he listened carefully to what I wanted and transformed my hair, giving it a whole new life. He took the time to ensure the cut suited my face shape perfectly, and the result exceeded my expectations. The salon itself is stunning—so chic and stylish! And the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Everyone was friendly and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. I’m beyond satisfied with my haircut and will definitely be returning. I had a haircut and blow-dry here, and it was my first time getting my hair done in the UK. I believe it was Keira who cut my hair, and she did an amazing job—I’m absolutely thrilled with the result. However, I was disappointed by how my experience ended. While washing my hair, I was offered a hair treatment, which I agreed to and purchased online on the spot. It was a quick 5–10 minute treatment that required no additional preparation or extra work. Unfortunately, when I was about to leave, the store manager told me, “I’ll let it slide this time, but these need to be booked in advance.” This left me feeling quite frustrated, as the salon was empty, and I only opted for the treatment because your team encouraged me to do so. I was so happy with Keira’s work, but this interaction left a negative impression and ultimately changed my decision to return. Excellent service should be complemented by a welcoming environment, and I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience in the future.
