I had Sofia for a cut and blow dry - she did a great job, completely sorted my fringe and the lengths look super even, thick and healthy without cutting too much off. I would recommend.

I was looking for an urgent wash and blowdry - with only a limited time available. Live Tue in Wardour Street popped up on a Google search; they were able to accommodate an appointment at 0930 in the morning; and all was duly finished by just after 10. Really efficient, very friendly and excellent value for money. My stylist André was delightful and highly proficient. I will definitely use Live True again.

Live true London cancelled my appointment half an hour before my scheduled appointment. I was on the train when they called and they explained it was because they had ‘a bigger job than expected’. I have been trying to contact customer services for over 3 weeks now to try and get a refund as the appointment was pre paid but no one is responding to me. Terrible service and I would NOT recommend booking here. If someone from live true London could contact me asap

Diogo is highly talented and leaves my blonde hair looking absolutely beautiful. He hits the brief given completely and takes real care - I’ve never had a hairdresser put so much effort into the amount of foils! He has done a great job both times I’ve been to him and I absolutely would recommend. Extremely pleased!
