She didn’t quite understand what I was asking for. This whole process has been miserable and she argued with me. The end result is not what I would have liked, but I gave this salon an opportunity to correct it and it is not fixed.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience - the reception staff were rude and didn’t apologise / offer me a drink for keeping me waiting 25 minutes with no explanation. Mako was lovely and did a great blow dry but I would have expected to have some more products on my hair from the start ie rough blow drying with nothing on.

Bad. Completely ruined my hair, gave me nothing similar to what i asked for. was there for 5+ hours, as he would work on other customers, not while i was processing just left me to work on them. Very unhappy with my hair, and also spilt bleach on me.

I am very happy with the results, Diogo has always, was very professional and attentive.

I felt my haircut was a bit uneven and no product apart from hairspray was used to protect my hair. I still had split ends leaving the salon. But Mailita was lovely.

Jordan was absolutely wonderful! Not only he recommended a cut but he reviewed and advised to do even further after the initial plan, didn’t try to speed up! He was very kind and thoughtful. Recommend his services to anyone that wants to feel pampered

I won't be coming back. As someone with curly hair I normally get a point cut finish to a trim from hairdressers who know what to do with curly / frizzy hair. I was left with an un-flattering trim which looked chopped and dull. The dresser did not add heat protector to my hair before the blow dry. The blow dry itself was half-hearted, I have previously had this done well, this was not. Instead, they used a curling tong which did not give me the impact I asked for. I did not get my money's worth.

Christina did not listen to how i wanted my hair blow dried. Used straightners for curls. No tea or biscuits offered. Wouldnt visit again

Honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a while. I have curly and unruly hair and haven’t had a haircut in almost 8 months now. Christina was amazing, she was super quick and the result turned out amazing! Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be back in 3-4 months xx
