The staff are lovely especially Lucy who does my hair, the hair wash is so relaxing. Lovely.

Just like always, Dee took the time to carefully listen to what I wanted and made sure I was happy every step of the way. It was also my first time having an extensions consultation, and despite feeling overwhelmed by choosing the right colour ahead of the appointment, Dee made the experience so fun and enjoyable. Great visit as always!
