I arrived at the appointment quite nervous. Dr Yener’s approachable, kind and friendly approach immediately put me at ease. She is really knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients. She listens to concerns compassionately and attentively and explains available options objectively without pushing the options on you. I definitely recommend her if you are looking for aesthetic treatments or to better understand the kind of options available for you. I will be returning for my next round of treatments!

Initially I was apprehensive in my first consultation with Dr Yener but she immediately made me feel at ease. I’ve never had any aesthetic treatments before but Dr Yener was very informative, approachable and kind. She made me feel comfortable, took the time to explain my options and no pressure at all. Dr Yener is brilliant. She explains everything so clearly and makes you feel totally relaxed. I\'ve had a few Botox injections around the eyes and forehead and am delighted with the results. I look fresher and, dare I say, younger!
