Always exceptional I've been going to cutting room for years and wouldn't entertain going anywhere else as I trust them implicitly with my hair. This particular appointment was the usual high standard, Lauren listened to what I wanted and delivered my most favourite haircut to date. The importance of a hairdresser understanding your likes and dislikes can't be overstated and cutting room staff recognize this, and for me, they get it right every time. Amazing!!!! I love going to the salon, it’s such a lovely experience from start to finish. I always receive a warm welcome as soon as I walk through the door and all the team are very professional. The atmosphere of the salon is really relaxing and is always clean and tidy. The stylists are gems; they take the time to listen to what you want while giving advice on how to style your hair. Excellent service Leigh’s knowledge and expertise is second to none. Helping others as well as her own clients. I have a long term back problem and at the shampooing station you have the offer of a foot rest to elevate your legs making a normally painful experience a pleasurable one. Fantastic salon and staff. Recommend I cannot recommend this Salon highly enough. As a 50+ year old woman going to a new salon can be daunting, I can honestly say that from the moment I walked through the door over 6 years ago it was like visiting old friends for a catch up, a coffee and walking out feeling empowered, relaxed with a fantastic hair cut and colour. I can’t recommend a particular stylist or colourist as they are all amazing women who are highly skilled at their craft..
