6/10 Im rating it 6/10 as i was told by the receptionist that the blow dry cut plus a balayage would cost me £150-£160 which i was happy with. On the day i was then told it might be additional up to £35 as they will be using extra dye for my hair due to my long hair length. I was not happy because cost and living and all you know. liv said i had to speak to the manager to discuss price. Again i was not happy to hear that response. At the end however Liv informed me that they wont charge me extra as i was not aware, but the fact i mentioned that i was not told in the first place meant i was able to pay the price i wanted. At the end however i got the balayage i wanted thanks to Liv, however when i left i had a disappointing look on the receptionist face. I did not even get a thank you for coming after spending all that money. The receptionist definitely needs to gain knowledge around correct pricing and also on providing good customer service. Best mop chop and colour experience ever! I felt really comfortable with the lovely Jade. The consultation process was great, and I felt confident that she was doing the best for my hair, and what would work for me and suit me both style and colour wise. My hair was in pretty bad condition and Jade did a marvellous job bringing it back to health. The salon experience was great, everyone is super friendly, including Daniel. Robyn, the apprentice was also lovely, and I really appreciated her conversation and head massage. Good coffee too. Looking forward to my next visit.
