Perm with Emma Emma is absolutely superb - her professionalism and experience are evident from the very beginning. I wanted a relaxed spiral shaped curl, my individual hairs are fine but there is a lot of it! Emma wound my hair onto different sized rollers in a stacked pattern. The whole appointment was about 4 hours. My hair looks amazing and despite having a lot of old bleach in the ends from balayage it is soft and is in great condition thanks to WellaPlex. Lovely salon, brilliant stylists, thank you! I called this morning. I was quickly booked in with my preferred stylists for both myself and my 7 yr old daughter. We love Jackie and Kittie. They take very good care of us every time. Kittie is so patient with my daughter and listens to what she wants and shows her how that looks. My girl's happy every time with her style. Jackie is also great at listening to what I want. Helping me keep a low maintenance style whilst also taking some risks and as she gets to know my hair making some recommendations. Fantastic Hair Salon Visiting Headlines in wickford is always a great experience. My hairdresser Jackie has always helped and advised me on my hair which I’ve always appreciated. Kitty and Jackie I have been a customer of Headlines for almost 30 years. I’ve seen staff come and go and as such feel it is right to write a review. I’ve not always experienced good service but that’s not the case at the moment. I am fortunate to have colour work by Kitty bad cuts by Jackie. They are professional, skilled and friendly. Nothing too much trouble and visiting is a pleasure. Kitty is clearly at the start of her stylist career but you wouldn’t know. Yesterday was by far the best refresh I have had! Jackie has cut my hair for more than ten years, the only person to cut my daughter’s. I am grateful to her for her consistency and warm relationship. Both ladies make my day and I write this review in the hope management also appreciate their role in the organisation as they deserve to be recognised.
