Billie was lovely and really helped with the pain I was experiencing from some of the extensions I had. Was really friendly and resolved the issue until the following day when I came in for a full refit from Matt. Matt was fantastic and talked me through every step ensuring every strand was a comfortable fit. I highly recommend Matt and I will definitely want him to do my future refits!
