Lovely and bright I was feeling a little down when I arrived for my nail appointment. Not only did the lovely Amelia make me feel mentally much happier when I left - she talked me into a bright colour for my nails (as I was looking at much more muted tones). I’m so glad she did - as now my mood has lifted I’d have been gutted to have more muted nails. A great job as always - and a please to chat to throughout the appointment. Shoulder and back relief. Following hurting my shoulder recently I booked a massage to see if it would help fix it. And oh my goodness what a great job Katie did working on it. As usual she asked how hard (or not) I wanted the message and I explained the situation to her. 30 mins of massage, and my back and shoulders making noises I’ve not heard before - I walked out feeling so much better and with much less dull pain. Eyebrow shape, nose waxing and nails. After no treatments since February, I went to the salon on Wednesday and was firstly seen by Katie who did my nose waxing and that was excellent. My nostrils feel amazing and it's eased my hayfever considerably, because the pollen isn't making the hair itch. Amelia then waxed and shaped my eyebrows and tidied them up. They have shape again which will help me create my flamboyant make up looks. Finally my nails, after knowing that I wanted badass as my top coat, Amelia basically juggled the whole shelf of colours in helping find a colour set that wasn't red, black or white. I've got wonderful nails now. Orange thumbs, pink forefingers, purple middle fingers, blue ring fingers and green little fingers. I was well and truly satisfied as I usually am with the service, I even had a cup of tea too. Whilst I was there, I surprised Amelia with the news today (Thursday 3rd July) I was getting a tattoo done in appreciation for all my complicated nail requests. Quick nail repair Following my nail being chipped due to an over exuberant puppy and a long lead - I managed to get a quick appointment for a fix.
