Absolutely not a single complaint. all of the staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home, there to help with anything. Michaela was incredible, talked me through all of the options i had and worked to get exactly what would suit me. had really bad postnatal hairloss for years and for the first time i can safely say i love my hair, honestly the confidence gained just because she spent the extra time getting it how i wanted is amazing. Wouldnt go to anyone else! :)
