My first time today with Ellie and she was fantastic! I was quite nervous having my box-coloured dark hair bleached on my quest for blonde, but Ellie took the time to explain what she would do and totally put me at ease with her friendly, confident and professional manner. Hi I would have given 5 stars but the appointment was quite late. As I’ve never had Ellie doing my hair I wasn’t sure but she was brilliant, done exactly what I asked for, even down to the blow dry, many people don’t, I would say it’s the best blow dry I’ve had in years styled exactly the way I wanted it, one inch taken off which is what I also asked for, cheers for that Ellie your a star.
