People were lovely. On consultation I was told I’d be able to achieve the hair colour I wanted (trying to get rid of box dye and go somewhat my natural again) and someone else was doing my hair on the day so I understand it wasn’t her fault at all. I was told my hair was going to be warmer than I wanted so I was a little disappointed as I was already in the chair at that point so I felt too anxious to leave. No colour stripper was applied just straight bleach and then after that no toners were used to get rid of the orange in my hair just hair dye was applied over so obviously it was extremely warm when I have very ashy hair naturally and a lot of root was showing. I know im not the profession l but I spoke to a few hair dressers in other salons before and was told that I’d need a stripper and all kinds. They got my hair to match pretty well don’t get me wrong but considering I was there nearly four hours I was just confused why it wasn’t used as it cost me quite a lot of money and it’s not what I really wanted. The hair cut was great I might add.

I loved this place! The staff were friendly and my stylist (I forgot to ask her name) made sure I got the cut I wanted by asking lots of questions to get it perfect. The process was quick, but detailed; and I was so happy with the result! What made it special was the fact they stayed open for me as I was their last customer and I can only apologise for arriving late. That said to me they held high standards and if I am in the area again, I would definitely visit to get my hair done! Thanks so much from the bottom of my heart, ladies (and gentleman)!
