I’ve been coming for years and there hasn’t been one single visit where I haven’t been made to feel welcome, relaxed and taken care of by all in the salon. Genna is so warm, friendly and helpful. She makes me feel special - she listens to what I want, great advice and I’m always so pleased with the cut and colour. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my first haircut at Elements. Communication was good prior to my appointment and I felt very at ease and welcomed upon my arrival. Although I had a last minute change of stylist due to staff illness, I was extremely happy with my experience. Sam was friendly and helpful and talked through with me about my hair and what I wanted from my appointment. She suggested some products that would be good for my hair and cut and styled my hair beautifully. I left feeling very happy and will look into booking my next appointment in the near future.
