My hair has always been a huge pain. I'm Mexican and my hair is thick, wavy, frizzy, and just wild. I finally went to Ms. CeCe for Japanese hair straightening, and wow, it changed everything!!!! Let me tell you, Ms. CeCe is the best. She isn’t just a stylist; she’s a hair expert and a really nice person. Right from the start, she didn’t just rush me into the chair. She sat down with me, felt my hair, and honestly told me if I was a good candidate for the treatment. She took her time to explain the whole process, which made me feel totally relaxed. The whole time she was working, she was so gentle and professional. You could tell she genuinely loves what she does. She kept checking in on me and even shared little facts about what she was doing and why. It wasn’t just a service, it felt like she was taking real care of me. When it was all done… I almost couldn’t believe it. My hair is now perfectly straight, super smooth, and has this healthy shine I didn’t even know was possible. I keep running my hands through it! The salon itself is clean, cozy, and has a really welcoming vibe. The price was totally fair for this life-changing result, and paying the bill was straightforward, no confusing stuff. Three years ago, my hair texture changed drastically, becoming extremely frizzy with loss of definition, secondary to thyroid and hormone issues. I was looking for a way to reduce the frizz that I was experiencing so I could once again enjoy my natural curls. That led me to Endless Creations and Miss Cece. In June 2025, I received the Silk Out Pro taming system and I have been in love with my curls ever since. Though the system does allow you to straighten with increased ease, I’ve enjoyed my curl pattern returning to a texture closer to what I remember prior to the health issues with numerous styling options.

Ms. CeCe did amazing as always! My main concern was finding a color that would blend well with my highlighted hair since I didn’t see many options online. When I met with Ms. CeCe, she immediately solved my issue! She showed me hair swatches from her color ring, helped me choose the perfect match, and ordered custom-colored bundles from her hair company. She can order any length and any custom color, which I loved! The hair arrived in about two and a half weeks, and we did a flip-over sew-in using machine wefts. The quality is great, the color matched perfectly, and the hair is even reusable! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

I saw Ms CeCe for my Gina Curl retouch and it is amazing how she transformed my hair. When I first came to her, my hair was severely damaged. Long story short I had to get the Gina Curl care treatment a couple of times to rebuild and strengthen my hair. Once I came back for my retouch she suggested to get a combination of the rod sizes to have tight coils and loose curls. When I tell you my curls were popping I felt like I got a whole makeover. I get compliments left and right and I feel even more confident with my new look. I am so glad I found Ms CeCe and she is the best for real for real!

I flew in from Colorado Springs to visit Ms Cece in Phoenix and get my first Ginacurl on my natural hair. This was a HUGE investment, coming in from so far away, and although I knew that she\'s certified to do the process, I was more impressed by the way she took the time to educate me every step of the way on the history and process of the Ginacurl, what she was doing with my hair, and making sure I was comfortable while I was there. When I tell I am so happy with the way my hair turned out, BELIEVE it! I\'m in love with my hair again and Ms Cece has gained a new client with me. Thank you!!

I cannot say enough good things about Cece. She has helped keep my hair healthy during my Japanese hair straightening treatments. I’ve had so many bad experiences with breakage and damage after chemical treatments to my hair but Cece knows what she is doing!

She consulted, evalutated and fixed my hair just perfectly!
