I had my first appointment for a back massage with Chelsea. After a warm welcome and some paperwork we discussed the treatment and what I should expect. The massage itself was wonderful and left me feeling relaxed and a lot less sore than when I arrived. Chelsea was excellent and I have booked back with her for next month.

Have been visiting heaven therapy for many years and had a few different treatments. I have always had a positive experience including my most recent French manicure with Katie - this is the 2nd time she has done a French polish for me and always undertakes her nails with such care always asking if I’m happy with the look etc. She is super friendly too! Would 100% recommmend!

Had a leg and foot massage with Courtney. My calves are so tight, Courtney worked on them loosening them up and then had a lovely relaxing foot massage. Would highly recommend

Had a French polish on my toes for a wedding I was attending. Dionne was fantastic so friendly and did an amazing job of my nails. Never had gel polish before as normally do my own nails but would definitely have them done again.

I booked in for a back shoulder and neck massage with Saskia and it was amazing. She was very helpful, polite and just lovely. When getting the massage she had great pressure not to hard and not to soft. I came out like I was floating on air. Can't wait to book back in again. Thank you

My Gentle Release Therapy session with Alanna was a very positive experience. She was gentle, supportive and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand me and what I needed help with. After the treatment, I felt a real sense of release. I was a little achy at first, but that soon passed. Since then, I have felt more relaxed, my breathing has improved, my chest no longer feels as heavy, and I\'ve noticed that I don\'t clench my jaw as much. The benefits have continued to develop over the days following the session. I\'m looking forward to my next appointment and would highly recommend Alanna to anyone considering Gentle Release Threapy.

I had a Physio therapy for my neck pain. It was great experience, Michael was able to clearly understand my problem and give right instructions, exercises and calm talk. it had a good relief from the pain and continuing general exercise\'s .

I booked a sports massage with Michael the physiotherapist and I was really pleased with the whole experience. He really listened when I was outlining the issues I was having as well my past injury history - always so friendly and understanding. He was responsive during the massage and let me know what he was doing and what was coming next. He gave me some exercises to do in the meantime to help me with my injury. I will definitely be making another appointment as I had so much more mobility afterwards and even today after doing the exercises he suggested. Thanks so much, Michael!
