Everyone very kind and helpful. Loved Amber cutting my hair. Have another appointment in beginning of September.

Ffion did amazing job with my half head foils but she constantly looked at her watch so I could see she's rushing and her mind was elsewhere. I definitely enjoyed my last visit more than this current visit today. I feel she's done much better last time, was more attentive and more relaxed than today. Rhian was absolutely amazing with my hair cut today and she's done exactly what I wanted. The other thing I would like to mention is that I received my latte in a scruffy, and dirty mug. Honestly, no joking. I felt a bit surprised but didn't say anything as the boy who brought it to me was super nice. Also, the girl who wanted to take off my foils to wash my hair came up way too early and I had to ask her if she's sure it's the right time as it felt too early. She said she's sure but she called for Ffion to confirm. Ffion after seeing my hair decided another further 10 minutes are needed to develop the colour. I now feel bad, if I trusted the girl to take off my foils earlier, my hair wouldn't have been finished and I wouldn't be happy with the overall result. I feel new, young staff members are inexperienced and should learn more of their customer service skills.

Excellent as usual

Kitty is an absolutely fantastic stylist. She listened to what I wanted whilst giving her expert advice on what style would suit me and ways and showed me lots of ways I could style it differently. Nothing was too much trouble, she took her time explaining what she was doing and the cut was perfect. The whole salon experience was brilliant, I came away very happy with the best haircut. Thank you Kitty!

Rhian is the loveliest stylist and she makes my time at the salon enjoyable and relaxing. She is very sweet and is extremely good at what she does. Time flies by while I am there and my hair always looks fabulous. I trust her completely. I would suggest that you do yourself the favour of booking in with her - you will be very glad you did!

All the staff are lovely. As always, Harriet discusses my hair and then gives me a fabulous cut and blow dry.

Booked for the Fusio-Dose treatment and didn’t receive it. It was taken off the bill at the end, which I’m grateful for, but that’s not really the point. I mentioned in the chair that I had booked for the add on and was just given something sprayed into my hair instead. Asked her to cut my fringe shorter when I was still unsatisfied with it, and she refused. I felt uncomfortable asking again. Didn’t feel very reassured, or that she was meeting the style I had asked for. Came home quite upset with the overall cut and experience.

Always such a lovely experience, salon is light & airy even on a very hot day. Staff are amazing, professional and enjoy the overall vibe of the Salon
