After a disappointing experience elsewhere, I was understandably nervous about trusting another stylist with my hair. From my first phone call to Monaco on Bay to Bay, I knew this salon was different. Nola was warm, welcoming, and kind, and she immediately put me at ease. By the time I sat down in Virginia's chair, I already felt I was in the right place. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, explained exactly what she planned to. There was no rushing and no guessing. Every step was deliberate and professional. Within minutes, she identified the structural problem with my previous haircut and developed a plan to restore the shape while preserving as much of my remaining length as possible. She didn't promise miracles—she simply demonstrated exceptional skill. The result exceeded my expectations. My hair immediately felt fuller, healthier, and more cohesive. For the first time in months, it held its shape, and actually behaved the way it should. I walked out feeling like myself again, and after months of frustration, I was actually excited to style my hair the next morning. What impressed me just as much as her technical ability was how gently she treated my hair. She never pulled, tugged, or rushed through the appointment. Every interaction reflected respect—for my hair, my concerns, and the years I had spent growing it. An unexpected highlight of my visit was the kindness of another stylist who took the time to compliment me on my hair color. At 75, compliments are few and far between & those comments, combined with Virginia's exceptional work, meant more to me than I can express.

Billy and his assistant Emma make me feel so special! My hair was broken, dry and cut incorrectly by a previous stylist. I can sit in his chair and feel so confident that he’s going to do his professional magic without worry! I love this salon staff the vibe, and I’m so happy that I found Monaco Salon. I don’t mind the drive from Saint Pete Beach at all!

After being on the fence for years about extensions for my fine thin hair; I came across this salon on IG. I decided a consult wouldn’t hurt and the whole process was seamless. I LOVED that my stylist, Krista, was more focused on making sure it matched my lifestyle and hair health and talked me through options better suited than what I originally wanted. The day of the appt cost even less than the quote because once I was in the chair she altered the plan even more to better fit my wants and needs. I’m so happy with my decision. And was so confident in this salons expertise that I flew to them from Houston! 10/10 recommend!

Wally was AMAZING. My husband had his hair done with her and he called me right away to gush about what an incredible experience it was. She was kind, talented and was so great at providing the education he needed for his hair. His hair has never looked better and he said this was by far the best experience he has ever had at a salon.

I am beyond grateful for Klodjana! She always knows exactly what my hair needs and somehow makes my blonde look even more beautiful with every visit. The color is flawless, the blend is seamless, and my hair has never felt healthier. She is not only an amazing stylist but also such a kind and caring person. I loved my experience with Keli!!! From such a thorough consultation, to color, install, and styles I had the best time! Keli bring such a fun, light energy, with just amazing work as well. When we see videos on TikTok or Ig showing people have a time at their hair appointments I genuinely just think of her. You’ll have a time!

Although I could get my hair lighter like I wanted, Eileen help out a lot by telling me that for the health of my hair we should do a toner , a deep conditioning, and a trim. My hair feels and look a lot better from before !!

Klodjana is a miracle worker! I have always struggled to find a stylist who can color and cut my hair well given that it’s very fine and pulls red. She has consistently done such an amazing job and yet somehow only seems to get even better. She is very kind and patient, ensuring you understand what she is recommending to achieve your look and why. Zero reservations recommending her to anyone and everyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Klodjana is absolutely fabulous when it comes from to hair artistry - best color combo I’ve had and my extensions added great volume and depth.
