After my visit to the salon, i received a text message asking me to rate my visit. In truth and politely I rated Poor and Very Disappointed. No one followed up with me to see what the issue is, which made the sending of the text message feel like a \'paper exercise\' and that they\'re not really interested in delivering good customer service. I went there based on the excellent reviews, but it was as if I\'d gone to completely different salon! Won\'t be returning.

I’ve decided to try somewhere new, Just wanted to Thank Emma for always being so nice and kind and always listens to what the client wants. Thanks Emma for always styling my hair and doing a great job.

Once again Phin has absolutely smashed it! Loveliest person around that knew exactly what she was doing and what I wanted even when I couldn’t explain it. Years of box she handled effortlessly. She always makes the experience the best x

Went to book to get fringe trim and couldn’t believe it when the girl said I need a deposit from you. I go on a regular basic so they always have a holding deposit of mine anyway. Most salons only charge couple of pounds for a fringe trim but now your charging six pounds I think it’s a bit cheeky.

An absolutely wonderful experience. Lucy was very knowledgeable and transformed my hair into something amazing and made me look 10 years younger. I really enjoyed my restyle from long hair to pixie cut and would definitely recommend the salon to everyone. Can’t wait to become a regular client

Always welcoming and friendly staff, Excellent colour and cut. I have been a customer for over 10 years. They are a credit to the industry, Nikki, treasure them, they are so worth their weight in gold!

Nikki Froud took my hair from black (box dye) to brown with no problems at all. Having had two other hairdressers try to achieve this but fail, I did not feel confident. Well Nikki Froud did an amazing job, at last after years of black hair I finally am brown and I love it. Will be returning for my colours and cuts. The salon was professional, clean and very upbeat and friendly. Perfect. Thanks Guys. Very much appreciated!
