I had my best haircut ever at Salon-M two weeks ago - and, believe me, I've had many haircuts! And then today Iain sorted out my colour. I went (and I am quoting) from blonde bombsite to blonde (ish) bombshell in six long but very pleasant hours. I cannot properly express what a fantastic job he did on hair that was driving me to distraction. I am so, so grateful. He's a lucky man we are still in Covid restrictions - he narrowly escaped an enormous hug! Thank you Iain, and your lovely female colleagues, for a super experience and fabulous results. Needless to say, my next appointment is already booked. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough - please try it. My friends (and my husband) certainly will be paying a visit.

What can i say, where do i start?! Iain was absolutely fabulous, his knowledge, expertise, professionalism....was superb. I walked in with a nightmare head of hair and came out 2.5 hrs later feeling amazing. Iain even walked me to my car with his brolly. I have been waiting to find a hairdresser like him for years since moving to the Wirral and wow, i will be back! Xx

I have been today and had the air-touch technique, cut and blow. After a few weeks not feeling myself I came out feeling great, Iain gave me a full pamper. This is a lovely friendly place with highly trained staff.

Gorgeous Helen cuts my hair and has done for about a year now. She is seriously talented at cutting. My hair is very short and quite unruly at times and Helen is exceptional at knowing how to cut short hair which is (in my experience) a rare skill and it has taken me quite a while to discover someone who can. As a bonus Helen is also a really lovely person. The salon itself is welcoming and all of the staff seem really kind. If you are new to the area and looking for quality and skill do try them.

A Top Class salon for expertise and customer service. Ian restyled and highlighted my fine hair to perfection giving me specific useful advice on the way.Best cut and Best advice ever . I will always be grateful to you Ian.Girls friendly and helpful.Do not go if in a hurry but plenty of good coffee offered to make a customer feel valued.Highly recommend.

First visit to this salon and it couldn’t have been better. Ian the owner was friendly and welcoming. I had a Yuko straightening treatment which took 6 hours. I was looked after very well and lived my hair. The end results were amazing. Thank you to the team. I will definitely returning. Laura

Absolutely amazing result! Been difficult to find a hairdresser that will take the time to find the right product (because I’m allergic to hair dye). Thank you to Iain who went above and beyond to make sure I have my hair ready just in time for prom. Definitely, recommend!!!

I had my first visit to Salon-M last week, I had a consultation with Iain. He went over everything with me and made me feel totally comfortable and relaxed. The following day I had my appointment with Taylor who was lovely too, Even though both Iain and Taylor were very professional there was still a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I am absolutely made up with my hair I couldn't be happier. The previous hair salon I went to did the complete opposite to what I asked for so I was wearing a hat to hide the damage. But I'm glad to say I've been able to ditch the hat thanks to Taylor and Iain. So I just want to say a big Thankyou to all at Salon-M I have now found my perfect salon. I have just spend the afternoon at Salon-M. What a fantastic experience. Iain and the team made me feel so welcome and relaxed- before I even get on to my hair treatment... I had colour and micro loop extensions put in and I know my life will never be the same again! The service and advice was absolutely first class, and the finished result took my breath away.
