Please do not publish this review and I did not want to give any feedback initially but on reflection, I think you should know what happens in the treatment rooms. I purchased Shine Pedicure, worth £48, and described on your website as: An aromatic foot soak, nail filing and shaping, cuticle removal, rough foot skin filing and foot massage. Finished with OPI polish application.
My foot was soaked in plain water (just enough to wet the toe nails) so no aromas/soap were used and no foot massage took place. When I politely asked whether the package does not include foot massage, your employee answered: \'I applied cream\', which took her exactly 2 seconds for each foot. I purchased this more expensive than usual pedicure because I wanted to relax and if you advertise something, you should provide it, otherwise it is misleading the customers, which is serious for a place with your reputation. Finally, the nail varnish used never dried and as a result of sleeping, I woke up today and all the varnish has been damaged by the bed sheets. Really disappointed and waste of time and money. I hope you find this feedback useful.

I started seeing Josephine for acupuncture in the final stages of my 3rd trimester for pregnancy and birth support, including to help support a natural induction. Having never had acupuncture before, I didn’t really know what to expect, but from the very first session I felt completely held and cared for. Josephine is so kind, thoughtful and deeply attentive, she has such a gentle way of truly listening that instantly puts you at ease.<br /> The treatments were so important for me in those final weeks of pregnancy and were incredibly calming, grounding and restorative. I gave birth one day before my due date, after having a session that same week, and I honestly credit those treatments with helping me go into labour feeling balanced and physically and mentally ready for birth.<br /> I started seeing Josephine again from 4 weeks postpartum and after the very first session I felt a sense of relief that’s hard to put into words. In those early weeks of motherhood, being cared for in that way felt incredibly healing, especially when dealing with new aches and pains. Josephine is so knowledgeable and intuitive, and always works with you so thoughtfully around whatever you need in that moment.<br /> It was such a special experience both during pregnancy and afterwards, and I feel very lucky to have worked with her. Josephine is a truly lovely person and I’m grateful for her support.

I had an appointment with Kate the other day . I felt she really listened to me and I ended up with a cut I was v happy with , plus she was interesting to talk to !

I\'ve been coming here for a while now for their acupuncture treatment with Marian, and it\'s consistently clean, calm, and professional. Exactly what you want from a wellness space. The staff are always warm while remaining professional. The location is a bonus I didn\'t know I needed as being right next to Jolene means I always treat myself to a coffee and something sweet after my session. The perfect little ritual to round off the visit.

Having grown up in Asia, somewhere practically synonymous with TCM and alternative remedies, I came in with a healthy dose of scepticism and wasn\'t quite sure what to expect from acupuncture here in the UK. Needless to say, Marian pleasantly surprised me. I came to her initially for a back and knee issue, but over time started opening up about so many other things as she helped me understand how interconnected everything is. This is truly a testament to how she works. Marian\'s deeply attentive, asks the right questions, and you feel like she actually cares about your wellbeing rather than just treating a symptom. To those trying this out for the first time, acupuncture can feel quite intimate (after all, you are letting someone prick you with needles!) but Marian has a way of making you feel completely safe and at ease. She is super professional and incredibly clean in her practice, which goes a long way in building that trust. She always explains what she\'s doing and guides you through the process, so there are no surprises. Honestly, most of the time I can barely feel a thing. Finally, the results have been real. My migraines have reduced in severity since I started seeing her, and the tools she\'s introduced me to, such as tapping and focused breathing exercises, have been genuinely effective in my day-to-day life and general pain management. Can\'t recommend her enough!

Chris is a master of his craft. When I arrived, my back was analogous to a dusty old house that had been shuttered for the winter but 45 minutes later it felt like it had had a full spring clean with shutters open to a beautiful sunny day! Thanks Chris.
