The staff is so professional, accommodating, welcoming, and most importantly, honest with style and color requests. I truly feel they have become like family to me. She has been doing both my hair and my daughter’s hair, and we always leave so happy with the results. Devon takes the time to listen to exactly what we want, pays attention to every detail, and truly cares about making her clients feel confident and beautiful. She is incredibly talented with cuts, styling, and making sure everything looks perfect. What I appreciate most is how patient and caring she is, especially with my daughter. She makes the experience comfortable and fun. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in her work every single time. I have been going to Split endz for about 3 years and I absolutely love it there. The decor and overall aesthetic/design is so amazing and I love being in there. Devon has been the one doing my hair for the time being and she is amazing, she’s hears what you want and delivers it, as well as makes you feel so comfortable. Sam and Jillian usually wash my hair and they are sooo good at making you feel welcomed and I get so excited to come in and have my hair washed because it feels so nice, almost like a luxury you never knew you needed. I always count down the days until my next appointment because everyone in there makes you feel so amazing. Can’t wait to book my next appointment!

I live away from Split Endz…and literally time my haircut for when I fly into Philly on business. Met Art & his son Darren yrs ago. Had the chance to get my hair cut the “right way.” I’ll never use anyone but Darren as long as I can help it. Great staff & overall experience. Can’t thank you all enough.
