Really friendly team and I\'m never disappointed with my haircut. Highly recommended.

Demi was pleasant but clearly lacking experience. She needs more training in listening to the client, cutting, blow drying, putting in rollers, method, organisation and styling.

Had Louise for a consultation regarding a mess up on my daughters hair firstly got told that her hair was not curly just wavy even though she has tight coils
And secondly all she was worried about was if I had the fundings for the haircut
Very unhappy with this services

Gemma from the Canterbury salon gave me a great haircut. I showed a picture of.the style.I was after and got exactly that. I had tried at 2 other hairdressers previously and not got anything near it. Lovely environment at Stone and friendly staff too.

Big thank you to Lacey , very helpful and professional, l have been coming to the Salon for over 10 years, never had any problems, lovely atmosphere everyone is so friendly.

I cannot thank Claire enough for her skill at grey blending. She kindly talks to you to find out exactly what you are looking for and then provides her knowledge and expertise to make that even better. My hair always looks amazing after her appointment.

If you want a change of colour ask for Sam...she did a brilliant job on my hair. Everyone so far have commented on it ...even blokes at work lol

Client in Canterbury for over a year and last time my hair was coloured I was not been happy with it. I did not ask for red hair and yet I’m left with bright red hair. Explained was not happy, told me to come in to allow the team to rectify it, explained I would but not to make my hair darker and I believe the red could only come out if it was stripped. Was told no they can sort it doesn’t need to be stripped. Ash was put on my hair and now it’s darker with bright red in it.
Been told I asked for it - I didn’t but word against word I can’t prove that. No offer of a refund and I’m having to go elsewhere to get my hair sorted out and then to top it off money taken from my deposit I was not aware of
Beautiful Salon, team are lovely but a loyal customer that was not happy and clearly not valued

I\'ve been going to the Canterbury salon for a couple of years now and it\'s ALWAYS a fun, happy place to spend an hour – lovely, friendly staff, welcome smiles, great atmos. The wonderful Jess is my stylist – she cuts my hair perfectly every time, gives great hair [and cheese!] advice, and is a joy to be around. And to cap everything, the new and delicious snacks trolly is AWESOME.

I had my first curly cut at Stone with Claire, what a relief to finally find a hairdresser who knows how to cut curly hair! A fabulous experience, my hair looks great and next appointment in the diary!

This is my first time back at Store in quite a while. Clarice did a brilliant job and when she had finished my hair was beautiful. She spent ages getting it just right and asked me throughout if she had achieved the look I wanted. She was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back to her in the future.

I love the colour Jo did for me. She took so much time to listen and discuss options, and the result is fab. Also had a v good cut. She made me feel really comfortable and relaxed too. Thanks Jo.
