Usually come in for highlights however today i decided for a change and did a full head of colour. It looks amazing, Carla did a fantastic job and Paige did a great job with cutting it exactly as I wanted. Extremely pleased - lovely service as always

Visited this salon twice now. The people here and lovely and very welcoming. Lianne is amazing. I came here barely knowing how to style my curly hair and she has taught me so much. Whenever I came she style my hair amazingly.

Lianne is absolutely fantastic, she really gets my wavy/curly hair and is always suggesting new ways to improve my technique which are always great advice and she always takes the time to show and explain the process. If you have any sort of wavy/curly hair then definitely book with Lianne, it has made such a difference to my routine.

Harriett was absolutely amazing.... She was so tentative and truly listened to what I wanted taking into consideration my worries and concerns. Having told Harriett about my allergens she immediately checked all products ensuring that I was at ease and comfortable. I do not like going to salons but I can honestly say I felt relaxed so thank you Harriett..... See you in 8 weeks..... Great experience!!!!

The Retreat Hair & Beauty is by far my favourite salon, offering all the services I need in one place. I\'ve now been visiting for 4 years and travel all the way over from London each time as it\'s the best around hands down! I usually go in for a cut and nails and from start to finish it\'s a relaxing and quality experience. With knowledgeable, welcoming and familiar staff, a beautiful setting and quality organic products, it just doesn\'t compare.I also have very long hair so I\'m quite particular about having it cut and I am just so pleased with the results every single time, I won\'t go anywhere else.10/10 would recommend.

This was my first visit to The Retreat & it really was the best experience. I had one of the best haircuts ever by Harriet, and a few days later my eyebrows were skillfully shaped & tamed by Katie. All the team were friendly, welcoming, and put me at my ease from the start. I will be back!

I am generally very nervous using new salons as I have Chinese hair and I tend to use salons in London but my neighbour recommended The Retreat. I called the salon and explained my concerns and they selected a stylist (Charlotte) for me based on my needs and reassured she would be the best person to cut and style my hair. On the day, Charlotte was fantastic, she walked me through everything and provided great recommendations and I walked out of the salon a very happy client. Best haircut it I've had in ages. The Retreat is expensive but worth every penny.
