The whole experience was so positive. I was so worried about having my hair cut as I had had shingles in my head and it is still so painful and having curly / frizzy hair I know it isn’t always easy to cut and the curl bounce back I needn’t have worried. Emily and the other colleagues were amazing and welcoming. Emily made sure I was comfie and checked out before cutting etc. The room / space for hair washing is incredible, relaxing and soothing and I loved the massage chair I am looking forward to going back ! My curls have bounced back wonderfully !! Highly recommend. It is a total experience especially having your hair washed in that incredible room with soft lighting, chilled music and massage chair !!

Staff very friendly and courteous. Emily, who did my hair was very knowledgeable and explained all the procedures when asked (and I did ask a lot!) Delighted with end result and will definitely be visiting again.
