I had a wonderful experience with Georgia. From the consultation to the treatments, colour and cut. The service was brilliant, all the staff were so lovely and attentive and I left very happy with my hair. I will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic experience at Michelle Marshall Salon with Jessica, the Salon Director. She completely understood exactly what I wanted from the start and is clearly an expert in hairdressing — careful, attentive, and highly skilled. Jessica washed and styled my hair beautifully, and I was absolutely delighted with the result. She’s also such a lovely person — friendly, professional, confident in what she’s doing, and incredibly experienced. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-class stylist. Lovely relaxing hour with a cup of tea, heated couch and first class pedicure with Tori , who was very reassuring when I started worrying about my toe nails ! The time flew by as the conversation was also really good ….. thanks Tori !

Jess Always leaves my hair more manageable than it has been for years with other hairdressers. Good advice on colour options.

Very neurodiverse friendly and accommodating. Hair wash room is awesome with heated blanket and sensory lights offered. Staff are all awesome.

Excellent haircut as always. Am delighted to have found this salon. Friendly staff & nothing is too much trouble.

All the Staff were lovely and the Salon had a relaxed atmosphere which is appreciated by 'oldies'. Discussed how my hair needs to grow more to have the style I want. Coffee was lovely! Only thing I would mention is that that the shampooing seats are very hard when you are short and my neck suffered.

I'd score Heidi higher if I could! Genuinely a friendly, polite, professional! Needless to say, love my hair!
