I called the manager from Frances Hunters hair salon in Stirling to discuss my haircut, I found the manager very professional, she listened to what I had to say and invited me back to the salon.when I arrived at the salon I was greeted by a very warm professional team. The manager was very proud of her team and introduced me to her top hair stylist who also train\'s her juniors. I found them to have a great sense of style, they discussed in detail what would complement my face and age and I now see that it was a miscommunication that lead to a previous style I could not manage. The staff were very knowledgeable and there attention to detail was apparent throughout the salon, from greeting to final cut. What I noticed more from her team is the dedication to the customer to make them feel totally amazing,it truly is a vocation to be the best from a junior to a top hair stylist. I felt privileged to have my hair cut by the manager and the knowledge she shared with me to keep my hair in top condition is a product called smooth and nourished shampoo and conditioner by wella plus luminous smoothing oil. I would just like to say thank you to you and your amazing stylists for giving me this fresh new look I feel totally amazing.

It was my first time visiting this salon. I was made to feel very welcome, the salon had a lovely atmosphere and I had an excellent consultation prior to any cutting/ changing of style. My stylist - Samuel was great, really listened to what I wanted and happy to give advice for colouring later.

Always a wonderful experience having haircut and styled at the salon. Brilliant staff, very attentive and knowledgeable. A very big thank you to everyone for your care and attention when getting my hair styled and my friends (at short notice) for my sons wedding! Thanks to Lizzie for my nail manicure on the day!!

Had the best experience today! I only ever come to get my haircut and that is top class service! I’ve Never had my hair coloured unless using box dyes but I absolutely love my hair today, I will definitely recommend! And I’m so last minute and I always get squeezed in! Thank you Lauren

All I can say is that... that was not just a hair cut... that was an experience. I am absolutely delighted with my cut and blow dry by Lelsey today. She is outstanding at her profession! She made me feel so confident in her abilities. SHE KNOWS HER STUFF!!!! The whole team were so lovely and attentive. Thank you so much. 100% recommend
