My apprehension and nervousness went out the window as soon as I entered the salon and treatment room. Very friendly staff; Christine/Christina (sorry!) on reception and Lu for treatment. Very professional, empathic to how I was feeling and so kind - both puts you at ease straightaway. Lu talks you through everything and throughout (welcomed a lot!) and yes ouch a little but definitely not as bad as my brain told me it would be. My first time attending and already rebooked and added a treatment. You get incredible service and advice before and aftercare. Thank you so much both of you lovely ladies and especially to you Lu. Look forward to seeing you again.
