Booked my twin daughters (12yrs old) in for usual fringe trim and trim of ends of hair by phone and all was fine a week before booking. On day of appointment House of Colour rang to confirm appointment and told me that because it was December the prices in haircut go up! ( RT his was first time I heard this as a customer before) Girls haircut had already gone from €25 to €30 which was normal in other places BUT receptionist told me that the price for December was now €59 each a jump of €29 extra to get my daughter\'s haircut. How on earth can to this be justified. Nearly €120 for two children\'s haircuts. To say I am furious is an understatement. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and will no longer be a customer of House if Colour. The greed is unreal wen people are struggling financially and places like this take advantage. My daughter\'s were paying for it themselves with money they had saved and I have never felt so upset for them. If I had gone up to salon, had their haircut and then went to pay my girls and myself wud not have had the extra money to pay . Shame on Ur salon taking advantage of time of year it is to overcharge for a haircut. Not going to lie but yes I have told many people about wat happened and all in agreement especially for childs haircut that it was a disgrace. Salon was in Charlestown, Finglas, D.11

Best cut and colour I’ve ever had! Everyone was so lovely and couldn’t have made me feel more welcome and relaxed. Tonya was so fun, knowledgeable and skilled. Nothing was out of the question. You want it, she made it happen! 5 star service, a proper pamper. Would highly recommend

I was disappointed with how the hair turned out. The mèche were not accurately made and the forehead is very light blonde, without any mèche at all at the front. Jodie told me a wrong price at the beginning, which was 40 euros more expensive than what I had booked on the website for a full head mèche. After telling her, she then told me a cheaper price. I was also encouraged to do a split heads treatment, it seems that it is always encouraged to do a treatment, to inflate the final price. I was encouraged to do a toner, but I said no to that. I was asked to comb my hair and also to dry the hair by myself, given that I have curly hair. Despite this, I paid for the blow dry. While paying I was asked to pay 173 euros, despite I had already paid 45 euro deposit online. I had to remind them that I had paid online 45 euros. Also, I was asked to pay cash, because the line was not working. Very bad experience

I had my colour done by Stephanie today and I’m really happy with the results. She done exactly what I wanted. She has a lovely manner and is very knowledgeable. I left the hairdressers today really happy with my colour.

I got my colour / cut and styled today by Lauren . Lauren is an asset to House of Colour. I look forward to getting my hair done and I look forward to seeing Lauren and the rest of the team .

I had a bleach tint done with Senita today. I was very nervous having it done as I had it done with a different salon and they had left my hair colour patchy with different shades of blonde. She made me feel at ease when speaking about my colour before doing it. She was very professional an the end result was absolutely perfect, I couldn’t have asked for better. Colour was very clean and the toner was exactly what I wanted. I will 100% be back to have it done with her again and I booked my next appointment when leaving.

Dominique was very attentive and looked after me from the time I went in until I left. I am delighted with my hair and I will definitely go back. Thank you Dominique.
