Always a pleasure to visit this salon . My stylist Veronica always spends time finding out what you want and gives advice and explains what she will do . Lovely light and airy salon.

Chad is hands down the best hairdresser. Coming from someone who hates going to the hairdresser, he has made me feel comfortable and I’m always happy with my cut.

From the smiley welcome from the reception team as soon as you walk in, to the lovely stylists and beautiful salon. It’s all 10/10. Eboni is a hair magician and truly a superstar at what she does. Eboni is amazing and so kind.100% recommend her, nothing is too much of a challenge for her as she always smashes it.

I always leave feeling like a new woman, the service is second to none. We always have a mini consultation first, discussing cut, colour and any treatments I need and Ebony always gives me her honest opinion, that I completely trust. All the staff are friendly and attentive. The head massage while having my hair washed is a personal favourite. xx

I cannot thank Jeff and the salon owner enough for completely saving my hair and my sanity. I had a nightmare experience elsewhere when my hair was unfortunately botched, leaving me devastated with bad highlight placement right at my roots. I came in for a consultation with Jeff on Sunday, and he was absolutely brilliant. He discussed everything with me thoroughly and made me feel like I was in the safest possible hands. The team managed to book me in for the actual appointment on Wednesday so I didn't have to wait around with ruined hair. The owner was so unbelievably helpful to me and the staff, offering incredible advice and support when it was needed. The overall service and hospitality towards me was amazing. Even my boyfriend, who waited for my hair to be done, was made to feel so welcome and looked after in the waiting area with a hot drink! Jeff was the true miracle worker. Not only did he fix the cut perfectly, but his technical skill with color is unmatched. He did a flawless root melt using a brown that perfectly matches my natural hair color, seamlessly blending out the botched root lines. He also added strategic blondes through the back to balance everything out, leaving me with the gorgeous, blended look I wanted. On top of that, he gave me loads of fantastic advice for maintenance and looking after my hair in the near future. My hair still feels incredibly healthy. I am so grateful for the care, kindness, and extreme professionalism shown by the entire team. I cannot recommend Jeff and this salon highly enough!

Undoubtedly one of the best salons near Lichfield. Customer service is second to none. Using the best products for the best outcome. This is a hair salon where training is next level, constantly ongoing and evolving with the most current trends. As a customer you are not shown a colour chart you have a free in-depth consultation that considers everything from skin tone and colour to lifestyle. It’s a calm and ambient setting where you’re always met with a friendly warm smile. Lots of free parking near by and easy access for anyone who require this. Whether young or established (), curly or straight, long or short styled the talented stylists cover all basis. This independent salon has just celebrated 15 years in business.

Chad is so amazing at what he does. I recently had new extensions fitted and I couldn’t be happier with the result – they look so natural and blend perfectly with my own hair. From start to finish, the whole experience was brilliant. Chad is incredibly professional but also so chatty and friendly, which instantly puts you at ease. He has a lovely way of making you feel really welcome, like you’ve known him for years. I’ve also had appointments with Veronika when Chad hasn’t been available, and she is just as fantastic – extremely professional and genuinely gifted at what she does. You’re in safe hands with either of them. The salon itself is beautiful – such a relaxing, well thought-out space where you can properly switch off and enjoy a bit of “you time”. Every visit feels like a treat. I wouldn’t go anywhere else – highly recommend Chad and Veronika if you’re thinking about extensions or just want a great all-round hair experience! ✨
