Amazing experience From start to finish, my experience was utterly fabulous. I got warm welcome, my expectations discussed in full, and I was instantly put at ease. The salon is spacious and airy, and I was talked through all of my treatments. I had highlights and a cut, my requests were followed to the letter and I left feeling a million dollars. What I loved was the little extras, your own little fresh pot of coffee, with quality biccies and you must try the massage chair whilst your hair is being washed. Very pleasant, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. His passion for hair was very evident. Ricardo listened intently to my requests and gave me great advice on products and styling tools. My hair is very long, thick and very unruly but Ricardo washed, cut and blow dried my hair exactly as I wanted. I was delighted!! I have booked a further appointment.
