Avant Garde, Harlow

I am absolutely furious, I have a customer with Avant Garde for over 10 years now. This is the second time I have let down on my appointment, when I\'m let down I can never get another appointment for sometime. I am an NHS worker so I do understand sickness. However to be let down for a second time and not be able to fit me in with anyone else because no one else does hot waxing, no I can\'t fit you anywhere after the second time of being let down just isn\'t acceptable. I am really disappointed and I appreciate being told it happens, I know it does as I have said I work for the nhs, I surrounded by sickness but there\'s a limit

The best hair cut and service ever! Spent over 10 years doing it myself and then was gifted a voucher from family ! Claire went above and beyond this was my second visit and definitely won’t go anywhere else ! Thank you Claire

It was lovely to come to Avant and Garde and have a Full Body Massage with Becky, she was absolutely amazing. So friendly, warm and calming, this was without doubt the best message I’ve had. Will be coming back without doubt, again, can’t wait for the next appointment.
