I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. This morning, I was excited for my haircut appointment, but unfortunately, my child woke up unwell, leaving me unable to attend. I called at 9 AM, the claimed opening time, but no one answered until 10 AM. When I finally spoke to someone, they refused to reschedule without charging a penalty for my late cancellation, despite my explanation as a new customer that this situation was beyond my control. Instead of understanding and accommodating my circumstances, the staff insisted on charging me for the missed appointment and then offered to reschedule with another charge. This lack of customer consideration and support was disheartening and has left me feeling undervalued as a potential client. I will not be returning.

Had my hair done by Hanna who did an amazing job, so happy with my hair, I would highly recommend this salon and Will visit again.

I was very happy with my hair today. Hair stylist did very good job. Made sure I was happy she had to re apply the colour on my roots as my hair very stubborn but she did it and it looked so good after. Thank you so much. I am so glad my friend recommended be beautiful to me since last year and everytime I have come always come out happy!!

First time hair appointment with Chole Absolutely amazing my hair colour was way to light and upon consultation she explained what she was going to do And delivered exactly as promised and one of the best blow dry I have had in a long time most definitely will be returning over & over again

I visited today for the first time for a Colonic. I was a bit dubious given the nature of the treatment but Anila ( I hope I\'ve spelt it right ) made me feel comfortable straight away and was chatty throughout which was nice, the treatment itself was bizarre feeling to begin with but soon felt comfortable and without going into too much detail, I definitely needed it! I would absolutely recommend this treatment and the therapist who did it. Very professional and personal, I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!! Xx

I\'ve had many treatments at Be Beautiful and can honestly say, there is no reason to go anywhere else. This salon for me is a place to unwind and de-stress, the girls in there are great! They are all attentive, professional and it\'s always a great atmosphere, whether you want to chat or just relax. I want to thank the whole team there for all the amazing treatments you have given me over the years, at such a reasonable cost. You really are the best and I highly recommended this salon.
