How to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule through the Confirmation Text or Email in advance.

Avoid Late Cancellation, Fees, and No-Show Charges

Contact us within 48 hours to make any changes.

It is important for customers to know that it costs us money when you cancel or reschedule without adequate notice. When this happens, there is no opportunity for booking another client in your empty appointed time. We also lose the ability to service a paying client.

No Show Charges.

We give 5-10 minutes wait to give a call or text if you don't show. After 15 minutes of zero response, we charge no-show fee. You are charged 50% of the service booked for not showing.
