Had a lovely visit today at Bliss, Tia was my stylist, she listened to what I wanted even though I didn't know what i wanted, she has done a lovely cut, went back to cut bits shorter, I am very happy with how my hair looks now. I will definitely try and get to see her again, I was lucky to get this appointment with her, so thank you Tia and Bliss

I’ve previously had an appointment cancelled due to the salon’s 6-month colour patch test policy, which was understandable. This time, I made sure to book my appointment online for exactly 6 months after my last colour appointment (11 December to 11 June) to stay within the policy.

Unfortunately, I received a call the night before my appointment informing me that they would not be able to colour my hair because of the same 6-month rule. When I pointed out that my appointment was exactly 6 months after my previous one, I was simply told it wasn’t allowed, without any clear explanation.

Cancelling the night before, after I had already arranged childcare, was very disappointing. If there is a stricter interpretation of the policy, it should be made clear at the time of booking rather than at the last minute.

Wonderful salon! I've been going here for a few years and wouldn't go anywhere else for my colour which was custom created for me by the fabulous Emilie as well lovely atmosphere, relaxing head massages and when Ben is around you also get to meet Beryl the dog what more could you want?

Had hair tinsel extencions put in by Abby. Absolutly love the results. She was so nice and informative, answered all of my questions and took the time to go over care and styling tips and how it will work with my curly hair. Would deffinetly recomend and will be going back.
